Welcome to Shirmo. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Shirmo website, services, representative program, and related tools (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.


1. Overview of Services

Shirmo provides a platform for ordering custom apparel and a business opportunity for independent representatives to sell Shirmo products within their communities. Services include:

  • Custom apparel ordering

  • Representative portal and earnings tracking

  • One-time password (OTP) authentication

  • SMS and email messaging for orders and account activity

  • Customer and representative support tools


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services or participate as a Shirmo Representative. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.


3. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

Shirmo is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account use.


4. One-Time Password (OTP) & Messaging Consent

4.1 OTP Authentication

To protect your account and transactions, Shirmo uses One-Time Passwords (OTPs) delivered via SMS or email to verify identity during:

  • Account login

  • Order confirmation

  • Sensitive account changes

  • Representative portal access

By using the Services, you consent to receiving OTP messages.

4.2 Messaging for Orders & Account Activity

By providing your phone number or email, you agree to receive communications including:

  • Order confirmations and updates

  • Shipping notifications

  • Account alerts

  • Support responses

  • Representative program updates

  • Webinar or training reminders (if you opt in)

Message frequency may vary.

4.3 SMS & Messaging Disclosures

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.

  • You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by following the instructions in the message.

  • Transactional messages (e.g., order confirmations, OTPs) may still be sent as required for service functionality.


5. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance by Shirmo. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including:

  • Pricing errors

  • Product availability

  • Suspected fraud

  • Violation of these Terms

Payments must be completed before production begins unless otherwise agreed.


6. Representative Program Terms

6.1 Independent Status

Shirmo Representatives are independent contractors and not employees, partners, or agents of Shirmo.

6.2 Annual Membership

Representatives must maintain an active annual membership to retain benefits, including:

  • Website listing

  • Territory exclusivity

  • Portal access

  • Commission eligibility

6.3 Sales Requirements

Representatives must meet minimum annual sales requirements to maintain active status. Failure to meet requirements may result in downgrade to Member status and loss of territory listing.

6.4 Earnings & Commissions

Earnings may include:

  • Margins on direct sales

  • Referral bonuses

  • Coaching compensation (if applicable)

  • Royalties from storefront referrals

Shirmo reserves the right to adjust compensation structures with notice.


7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent Shirmo products, pricing, or earnings potential

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes

  • Interfere with platform security or functionality

  • Send spam or unsolicited communications using Shirmo tools

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.


8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Shirmo website are the property of Shirmo and may not be used without written permission.

Representatives may use approved marketing materials only.


9. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.


10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Shirmo is not liable for service interruptions due to:

  • Technical failures

  • Maintenance

  • Carrier or messaging service outages

  • Internet disruptions


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shirmo shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Lost profits or revenue

  • Unauthorized access due to user negligence

  • Messaging delays or carrier failures


12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion if you violate these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time.


13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
